10 Things help desk techs can do

A short 7 minute podcast I created based from an article at //www.techrepublic.com/blog/10things/10-things-help-desk-techs-can-do-to-improve-service/2906?tag=content;siu-container on the "10 things help desk tech can do to improve service". This podcast is a brief synopsis of the article with some of my personal examples included. I must admit that I was a bit intimidated doing a podcast (similar to not wanting to be in front of the camera). It turned out well, in my opinion. Thanks for visiting.  I did not use my survey questions because my survey was based on photography and not the IT side.  I could do a podcast on photography and it would go smoother (I can talk for hours about photography).
